PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Organic Ground Cover is a blend of shredded pine and fir bark, containing some sapwood. Usually more economical than other decorative bark products, Organic Ground Cover has a rich, reddish brown color and emanates a forest fragrance. It is also referred to as "Walk On Bark" when used on pathways.

PRODUCT USES:
Organic Ground Cover is an effective, colorful and practical mulch for walkways and planting areas. It is commonly used for erosion control. When used as mulch, it helps to conserve water, lower soil temperature, and reduce weed growth.

PRODUCT APPLICATION:
The recommended application rate of Organic Ground Cover is a minimum 2" to 4" deep. A pre application of a balanced fertilizer or Lifelike 3/8" compost is recommended in planted areas to help prevent nitrogen draw from the soil as it decomposes.

PRODUCT ANALYSIS:

Particlesize	1/2" - 3" wide*
*This product will contain particles as long as 3" (usually sapwood). Bark particles are generally flat with very little girth (when compared to nugget bark), providing a more stable surface for natural looking pathways.
