Commercial Rates:
Curbside pickup = $35 for the first item and $10 each additional item. Extra charges for hazardous items such as paint, TVs, computers.
Trash out rates are $120 per "pickup truck" load of debris plus loading fee which depends on distance from parking, stairs/elevators, etc.
